Welcome to Kids Furniture Warehouse. Our website and stores provide a wide range of furniture and accessories for children's bedrooms. By using our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.


We use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided on our website. We may make changes to the information on our website at any time without notice.


Photographs and color charts displayed on our website are for general reference only and may not accurately represent the actual color, tone, shade, or finish of a product. We highly recommend customers view actual samples before making their purchase if color matching is important to them.


We are not liable for any errors or omissions on our website, and we will not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of our website.


We make every effort to ensure that the prices and descriptions of our products are accurate. However, if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If an order is canceled by us, we will issue a full refund to the customer.


When you place an order, it will be considered a provisional acceptance and will only be confirmed once we have verified the availability, price, and quantity of the item(s) you have ordered. In case of any delay or discontinuation by the manufacturer, we will inform you as soon as possible. The availability and prices of products offered on our website are subject to change without any prior notice.


Once your order is placed, we will begin the procurement process with your chosen furniture manufacturer. We reserve the right to refuse any order. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or telephone, as provided by you in the contact information. In case you do not receive a confirmation, please inform us, and we will re-send the confirmation.


It is your responsibility to review the order confirmation and notify us of any corrections regarding the delivery address, item, color, or price. If no response is received within 48 hours, the order will be considered accurate and as per your request. Once your furniture is ready for shipment or has shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.


All prices on our website or in our stores are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax, which will be added to your total price at checkout.


We accept a variety of payment methods, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and debit cards. Unauthorized use of credit cards will be lawfully penalized. Payment in US Dollars only. Payment must be received in full before we can process your order.


Sales Tax (up to 7.5%) will be charged on all items delivered to addresses in the state of Florida. If use tax is charged by your state for items purchased in another state, it is your responsibility to report and pay any such taxes.


We offer to ship within the United States. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and are estimated at checkout.


All prices listed on our website do not include shipping and handling (delivery) charges. These fees will be added to your order total at the time of checkout. Our preferred carrier will typically notify the recipient prior to delivery to establish an approximate delivery window, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Remote or inaccessible delivery areas may be subject to a surcharge, or you may be required to take delivery at a location acceptable to our contractors. It is the customer's responsibility to make proper arrangements and abide by the carrier's conditions to prevent storage fees after 72 hours.


Delays in orders may occur due to several reasons such as:


· Different billing and shipping addresses, requiring additional verification.

· Incorrect phone number and/or email provided with the order.

· Adverse weather conditions in your area.

· Traffic accidents causing delays in shipment.

We will deliver your order to the address specified at checkout. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.


We continuously strive to provide accurate estimates of delivery timeframes. However, please note that delivery time may vary depending on item availability, production schedules, location, and weather. Our estimated delivery time is 2+ weeks from the time of order, but this can vary depending on which Kids Furniture Warehouse distribution center your item(s) is arriving from. While we will do everything in our power to handle your order in an expedient manner, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We will provide you with estimated delivery timeframes for all items, but these are only estimates.


Local customers have the option to pick up their orders at the Orlando Kids Furniture Warehouse distribution center. Our pickup hours are Monday through Friday from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST. We will gladly assist you in loading your items, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are properly loaded and secured. We strongly recommend that you open and inspect all items before loading. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by loading or failure to secure items. Your signature on the receipt acknowledges that you have inspected and received all of your items in good condition. If the items are not available at the warehouse at the time of sale, we will notify you when your purchase is ready for pickup.


Nationwide delivery for orders outside our local trading area will be shipped via curbside delivery and are delivered via LTL common carrier (trucking line) within the continental United States only. The common carrier drivers will bring your purchase to your delivery address, but you will be responsible for unloading and bringing the item(s) into your home. Keep in mind that your furniture will arrive on a pallet and you may need a couple of people to help unload the item(s) due to the variety of sizes and weights of item(s).


We do offer overseas deliveries (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders); however, our overseas delivery service is limited to shipping your items to the nearest U.S. port in "as-is" condition. The customer is responsible for making arrangements to get the merchandise from that port to its final destination. We recommend consulting with a freight forwarder for international shipments.

Local Delivery/Assembly

Kids Furniture Warehouse offers local delivery and assembly services for customers within a 140-mile radius of our Orlando distribution center. Our delivery personnel and vehicles will transport your purchase to your specified location, and for orders that include assembly, our team will unpack and assemble your items according to manufacturer specifications.


Before delivery, please ensure that the designated room is clear of existing furniture and any other items that may obstruct the path of the delivery team. Please also keep children and pets out of harm’s way during the delivery and assembly process for their safety and the safety of our delivery team.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased furniture will fit in the designated room, as well as navigate through hallways, doorways, around corners, up or downstairs, etc. If the delivery of the furniture may cause potential damage to your home due to the weight or size, the delivery will be made to another area designated by the customer.


Please note that due to transportation hazards, our drivers do not remove packaging from the delivery location. Orders being delivered outside of the 140-mile radius may incur a small out-of-area surcharge, in that case, the customer needs to contact Kids Furniture Warehouse.


At Kids Furniture Warehouse, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or return your order. However, please note that our furniture is made to order and cancellations or returns may incur fees depending on the stage of production or shipping.


If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced or shipped, there will be no charge for the cancellation. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the outbound and inbound shipping costs. Once your order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


If you wish to return your order, please note that the shipping cost to return the order to our warehouse from its current location will be deducted from the original amount paid/charged to your credit card, along with an additional 30% restocking fee. This applies to all orders, including those with promotional free shipping. Customers are responsible for inbound and outbound freight costs.


We will inspect any item that has already been unpacked, and any damages will be the customer’s responsibility if they wish to return it. Any item(s) that have freight damage or manufacturing damage will require the customer to fill out a form which must be emailed to Kids Furniture Warehouse customer service. The customer may call Kids Furniture Warehouse directly at (407) 233-0550 to request the form.


In order to return merchandise, it must be in its original packaging and be shipped within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise that you wish to return. Please note, if the customer refuses delivery once the order is already at the delivery hub, the customer is also responsible for freight and/or storage fees.


At Kids Furniture Warehouse, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they are protected during transit. However, accidents can happen and it is important to thoroughly inspect your furniture upon delivery. Our delivery drivers will wait for you to check every package for any visible damage, defects, or deficiencies. Before signing the delivery slip, please make sure to note any imperfections on the Bill of Lading retained by the driver. This is crucial as failure to report any damage at the time of delivery will result in the items being deemed as delivered in good condition and any replacement parts or shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


It is important to note that refusing the shipment will not be considered as proper reporting of damage and will not be able to assist with later claims. If the damage is minor and can be corrected by the delivery personnel, it will be taken care of on the spot. However, if the damage is significant, the item will be returned for repair or replacement at our discretion, and then redelivered to you. Customers will not be charged for the redelivery unless the merchandise was of normal production quality.


We understand that receiving damaged items can be frustrating and we will do everything in our power to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We ask that customers agree to accept delivery appointments for any backorders, repairs, or replacement furniture to complete the order process.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Any warranties provided are those offered by the manufacturer, which generally covers defects in materials and workmanship. However, variations in wood grain, knots, texture, open knots, color variation, panel shifting, random patterns, bleeding, dark end grain and other natural characteristics of wood are not considered defects and are part of the natural beauty of real wood furniture. If you require more information on the material type of a particular product, please consult a member of our staff. In many cases, multiple material types are available for the same item. A copy of the warranty for a specific product can be requested from us and may be included with your order.

Limited Time Offers and Special Promotions

Items noted as "Clearance Items" are sold "As-Is" and are final sale. All sales, special offers, and limited-time promotions are only available during the designated time period and cannot be applied to sales made before or after that period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase from us.


These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, USA.
