PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
We use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information and accept no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the website's content. Photographs and color charts displayed on our site are for general information only and can vary considerably from the actual color of the product. We do not guarantee color, tone, shades, or finishes on any item. If you are trying to match items with other items you already have, you must do so at your own risk. If a product or coupon offer is inadvertently listed at an incorrect price, we may refuse to accept your order or may cancel your order at any time. Kids Furniture Warehouse will contact you before proceeding with your order to give you the option to pay the correct price/offer or cancel your order. A full refund is your sole remedy for orders canceled by us.
“Acceptance” of an order (online or via telephone) is provisional and it becomes final when we have verified price, item availability, and quantity. You will be notified as soon as possible if an item or fabric is delayed or discontinued by the manufacturer. Item availability and the price of products offered for sale on the website are subject to change without notice. As soon as you place your order, the procurement process begins from your chosen furniture manufacturer. Please note that we have the right to refuse any order. Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email or telephone you listed in your order contact information. If you do not receive a confirmation, you must advise us and we will issue you another confirmation of your order. It is your responsibility to review the order confirmation and advise us if there are any corrections to be made in regard to the delivery address, item, color, or prices. If no response is received within 48 hours, the order will be deemed accurate and as you requested. When your furniture is ready for shipment (or has shipped), you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
Kids Furniture Warehouse accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and debit cards. Unauthorized use of credit cards will be lawfully penalized. Payment in US Dollars only.
Shipping and Handling
Product prices do not include shipping and handling (delivery charges), these fees are collected at the time of order placement. Usually, Freight Co. notifies the recipient prior to delivery to establish an approximate time window for you to receive your delivery, yet this cannot be guaranteed. Remote or inaccessible delivery areas may be subject to a surcharge or you may be required to take delivery at a location acceptable to our contractors. It is the customer’s responsibility to make proper arrangements and abide by the carrier’s conditions to prevent storage fees after 72 hours.
Delayed Orders Can Be Caused By The Following Reasons:
- If the billing address and shipping address are different, you will be required to verify your order. You will be contacted by a customer service representative, who will request an ID. Please note that this is to protect both the customer and the business.
- If the phone number and/or email listed with the order is incorrect.
- If your area is experiencing bad/severe weather conditions.
- Traffic accidents may cause traffic jams and trucks may break down, resulting in delayed shipment.

Sales Tax (up to 7.5%) will be charged on all items delivered to addresses in the state of Florida. If use tax is charged by your state for items purchased in another state, it is your responsibility to report and pay any such taxes.
Delivery Time Frames
We continuously strive to provide accurate estimates of delivery time frames. We estimate 2+ weeks delivery time depending on which KFW distribution center your item(s) is arriving from. In addition to item availability, production schedules, and weather. Please keep in mind that while Kids Furniture Warehouse will do everything in its power to handle your order in an expedient manner, as a general rule, Kids Furniture Warehouse cannot promise a particular delivery date. We are happy to provide you with estimated delivery time-frames for all items we offer; however, these are only estimates.
Local customers have the option to pick up the order at the Orlando Kids Furniture Warehouse distribution center; operating hours for order pickup are Monday through Friday from 11 A.M. through 5 P.M. EST. If you select to pick up your items at our warehouse, we will gladly assist you in loading your items. Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are properly loaded and secured. We strongly recommend you open and inspect all items before loading. We are not responsible for any damage caused by loading or failure to secure items. Your signature on the receipt acknowledges that you have inspected and received all of your items in good condition. If the items are not available at the warehouse at the time of sale, we will notify you when your purchase is ready for pickup.
Nationwide Delivery (LTL/Curbside) for Out-of-Area Orders: (Continental U.S. Only)
All out-of-area deliveries within the continental United States will be shipped via Curbside Delivery and are delivered via LTL common carrier (trucking line). The common carrier drivers will bring your purchase to your delivery address for Curbside Delivery orders. The driver will then take your purchase to the rear of the vehicle and you will be responsible for unloading and bringing the item(s) into your home. Due to the variety of sizes and weights of item(s), you may need a couple of people to help unload the item(s). Keep in mind that your furniture will arrive in a Pallet.
Kids Furniture Warehouse does offer overseas deliveries (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders); however, our overseas delivery only includes shipping your items to the nearest U.S. port and is explicitly limited to “as is” condition. The customer is responsible for making arrangements to get the merchandise from that port to its final destination.
Kids Furniture Warehouse offers local delivery and assembly services for customers up to a 140-mile radius using our own delivery personnel and delivery vehicles from the Orlando distribution center. Orders being delivered outside of this area will incur a small Out-of-Area surcharge; in that situation, the customer needs to contact Kids Furniture Warehouse. For orders that include assembly, our drivers will unpack your items and assemble the items according to manufacturer specifications. In preparation for delivery and to prevent in-home damage, ensure the area where you would like your furniture placed is clear of existing furniture and any items that may obstruct the path of the delivery team. Please keep children and pets out of harm’s way during the delivery and assembly for their safety and the safety of our delivery team. The customer is responsible to note the size and dimensions of the furniture in order to ensure that it will fit not only in the designated room but will also go through the hallways, doorway, around corners, up or downstairs, etc. If the delivery to the designated room involves potential damage to your home due to the weight or size of the furniture, the delivery will be made to another area as designated by the customer. Due to transportation hazards, our drivers do not remove packaging from the delivery location.
If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced or shipped, then there will not be a charge for the cancellation. If the order is shipped, you will be responsible for outbound and inbound shipping. Once your order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. The shipping cost to return the order to our warehouse from its current location will be deducted from the original amount paid/charged to your credit card, with an additional 30% restocking fee charge – no exceptions. With promotional free shipping, customers are responsible for inbound and outbound freight costs. We will inspect any item that has already been unpacked, and any damages will be the customer’s responsibility if they wish to return it. Any item(s) that have freight damage or manufacturing damage, will require the customer to fill out a form that must be emailed to Kids Furniture Warehouse customer service.The customer may call Kids Furniture Warehouse directly at (407) 233-0550 to request the form. As soon as we receive the email with all the required information in the form, we will contact the customer. In order to return merchandise, it must be in its original packaging and be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise that you wish to return. Please note, if the customer refuses delivery once the order is already at the delivery hub, the customer is also responsible for freight and/ or storage fees.
All of our products are packaged with anticipation of some rough handling during shipping. Some wear on the packaging is normal. However, accidents do happen; therefore, you MUST inspect your furniture when delivered. Delivery drivers must wait until you check every single package for any visible defect or damage. Before signing the delivery slip, please indicate every box imperfection. If at the time of delivery you notice any damage, defect, or deficiency, you MUST describe this on the Bill of Lading retained by the driver. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. If you do not note damage at the time of delivery, the items will be deemed to have been delivered in good condition and you will be responsible for the cost of any replacement parts plus the shipping cost. DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. If you do not properly report the damage, defect, or deficiency at the time of delivery, we will not be able to assist with later claims. A re-delivery charge will be incurred. If the delivery personnel can correct the problem, it will be taken care of immediately. If not, the shipper will return the item for repair or replacement, at our discretion and then be redelivered to you. You will not be charged for this redelivery unless the merchandise was of normal production quality. Customers agree to accept delivery appointments for any backorders, repairs, or replacement furniture to complete the order process.
Limited Time Offers and Special Promotions
Items noted as "Clearance Items" are sold "As-Is" and sales are final. All sales, special offers, and limited-time promotions are available for appointed time periods only. They cannot and will not be applied to sales closed before or after such time periods.
A warranty, If any, is the warranty provided by the manufacturer, which is generally limited to defects in materials and workmanship. Variations in wood grain, knots, texture, open knots and grain, color variation, panel shifting, random patterns, bleeding, dark end grain, and other natural occurring characteristics of wood are not considered defects. All of these are part of the natural beauty that is real wood furniture. If you want more information on the material type that you have selected please consult a member of our staff. In many cases, more than one material type is available for the same item. A copy of a particular product's warranty is available from us upon request and may be included with your order.
